Our Shipping Policy is quite comprehensive.

 

1. As with all large sofas & chairs, we strongly recommend to check the product dimensions (Size & Weight) provided & your door width, alley ways, stair widths etc before placing the order to ensure smoother delivery & installation.

 

2. As most of the time our chairs are made to order directly at our factory, we do not accept any cancellations after 14 days of Order placement as the chair would have been shipped in container from overseas. Please understand that this is crucial and we hope you will honour that. 

 

3. **8 Week Delivery: Good things come to those who wait! As our name suggests you are buying this chair directly from Factory & hence you enjoy our super exclusive prices. We do not run expensive high street retail stores or maintain stocks at warehouses in UK. This is our way of cutting costs & passing over those benefits to you, so that you can enjoy Direct Factory Prices*. As a result, Make to order + international shipping+ Custom Clearance + Local Delivery takes upto 8 weeks.

 

4. However we will try our best to deliver at the earliest before that, but sometimes we are restricted by shipping lines & connections and hence we advise 8 week delivery, but will try our best to deliver earlier.

* Direct Factory Prices displayed on website include Product Cost + International Shipping + Customs Clearnce+ All Other costs + Service charge. They do not include local delivery Charges. Please read below for local deliver options.

Your massage chair will be delivered directly to your doorstep through our reliable delivery partners.

 

• For deliveries to floors above the ground level, please ensure lift access is available. If not, the recipient may be asked to assist with moving the chair.

• England & Wales: £45

• Scotland: £90

 

🌟 2) Room-of-Your-Choice Delivery:

 

Our delivery team will bring the chair directly to the room of your choice, making it an ideal option for:

 

• First-floor deliveries

• Perfect for customers unable to carry the chair themselves

• This delivery option does not include dismantling the Chair to pass through tight spaces. So, please ensure that the doors, alleyways, stairs etc are wide enough for our team to deliver the chair to the room of your choice. 

 

Room-of-Your-Choice Delivery Rates:

• England & Wales: £ 90

• Scotland: £135

 

🌟 3) Narrow Doorway Delivery + Installation

 

Our delivery team & engineer will bring the chair directly to the room of your choice by partially dismantling it & Install it fully.

 

Service Features:

• Ideal for Homes with narrow doorways or tight spaces. Our chairs can be partially disassembled and reassembled to pass through narrow doors & spaces. Check your door size and product size & let us know in advance, if this is an issue. This delivery option resolves that issue.

• Our Engineer + Delivery team will fully install the chair at the place of your choice. 

• This delivery option is Ideal for houses with narrow doorways, constrained hallways & stairs.

• Perfect for customers unable to carry the chair themselves or do the assembly of our high end premium chairs that come in 2 parts. For customers who prefer a full setup without any lifting or installation.

 

Room-of-Your-Choice (Narrow Doorways) + Installation Delivery Rates:

• England & Wales: £195

• Scotland: £195
