2. As most of the time our chairs are made to order directly at our factory, we do not accept any cancellations after 14 days of Order placement as the chair would have been shipped in container from overseas. Please understand that this is crucial and we hope you will honour that.

We do not run expensive high street retail stores or maintain stocks at warehouses in UK. • This delivery option is Ideal for houses with narrow doorways, constrained hallways & stairs.
